I’ve got some bad news…The Kepner Cornea can’t be saved! It seems as if I will be going under the knife.

The surgery doesn’t scare me, but having a deceased persons cornea replace mine scares me a bit. I’m thankful that someone made that sacrifice to help people like me, but it still freaks me out.

The silver lining — no more glasses. What was I thinking? I look like Lisa Loeb!
