I was super lucky this winter and was able to get an amazing intern! Dan-The-Man, a student at Ithaca College, continually impresses me. When I interviewed him I wasn’t sure how he would do. He kept following up, and was really persistent (in a non irritating way), so I brought him on board, and I’ve been happy ever sense.

He’s a super smart kid, an unbelieveably hard worker, and follows through! This is his last week with me, so I took him out to lunch today. This kid ordered the Pine Burger Challenge at the Pines. That’s four large burgers on a French Bread roll. Now, I’m pretty sure I could do it no problem, but I’m a fat kid! Dan is like 6′2″ and 130. He finished in under a half hour!!!!

Dan is definitely the man!
