As mentioned earlier in the week -yesterday was my first official weigh-in at the W2. The first meeting you get your starting weight and you go from there.
The news was pretty good – the running, exercising, and counting the points has had the desired effect. Wait for the drum roll…
This weeks weight loss was 4 pounds!!!
Now, the first five to eight pounds come off easy, it’s that last 50 that are the bitch! There will be weeks that I stay the same, and God forbid – weeks when I gain, but like any addict you take one day at a time.
I’m not ready to say where I’m starting at, but it’s not at my heaviest. Where I’m starting is a reminder to me how easy it is to let our health slip away.
So, to all you fatty’s keep on keeping on and we can be each others “FITsperation”! Remember that the end goal is not about thin it’s about fit.
